- The U.S. Minerals Management Service has released the first draft of its 2007-2012 proposed OCS oil and gas lease program and is soliciting public comment on the proposal. A link to the proposal and the public comment process attached below. Comments will be considered in preparation of a revised draft due out in early 2006.
