Rebecca Logan

CEO

Rebecca Logan has lived in Alaska for 34 years. She raised her children here, owned several restaurants in Anchorage and has been involved in politics throughout the state. Rebecca has also been a resolute volunteer for multiple non-profits in Alaska including Special Olympics Alaska and Anchorage Historic Properties. She is the proud mother of two daughters and the proud grandmother of Logan Kiel – her granddaughter.

When Rebecca started with the Alliance in October of 2010, she had no idea that promoting the development of Alaska’s oil, gas and mineral resources would become her passion. She firmly believes that responsible resource development is the foundation for Alaska’s economy and provides the greatest prosperity and stability for Alaskans and their families.

 
 

Catherine Chambers

External Affairs Coordinator

Catherine was born and raised in Anchorage by parents employed by Alaska’s oil and gas industry. In 2012, her family moved to Farmington, NM - she later went on to attend New Mexico State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with minors in Marketing and Advertising. She returned home to Alaska in 2020 to begin her career in marketing and joined the Alliance in 2022.

Advocating on behalf of a state that has given her so much is fulfilling work and she enjoys all the excitement that the Alliance brings each day!

Owen Phillips

Owen Phillips was born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula. After earning his BA in chemistry from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, he returned to Anchorage to help with the expansion at the Anchorage Museum before moving to Juneau, Alaska to work as a legislative aide for the 2017 session.

He then traveled across the country, taking part in the Community Engagement of Science Through Art program at WVU prior to furthering his chemical education at Georgetown University. Missing the Last Frontier, Mr. Phillips returned home to serve as the Kenai Peninsula regional coordinator for the Stand for Alaska—No on 1 campaign.
